Changing the Panel Code

1. Go to your Panel and press the Home Button
2. Press the Security Button
3. Press the Menu Button
4. Press the Toolbox Button
5. Enter your current 4-Digit Panel Code. If you do not remember your Panel Code, contact our Support Team
6. Press User Management
7. Select the desired user
8. Press Change Pin and enter a new 4-Digit Panel Code, then press Ok
9. Confirm your new Panel Code by re-entering the 4-Digit code, then press Ok

Adding a User Code

User Codes are additional Panel Codes that can be used to Disarm your Panel and access your Panel Settings.

1. Go to your Panel and press the Home Button
2. Press the Security Button
3. Press the Menu Button
   
4. Press the Toolbox Button
   
5. Enter your current 4-Digit Panel Code. If you do not remember your Panel Code, contact our Support Team
6. Press User Management
   
7. Press one of Add User Buttons
8. Enter a new 4-Digit Panel Code, then press Ok
9. Confirm your new Panel Code by re-entering the 4-Digit code, then press Ok

Removing a User Code

1. Go to your Panel and press the Home Button
2. Press the Security Button
3. Press the Menu Button
   
4. Press the Toolbox Button
   
5. Enter your current 4-Digit Panel Code. If you do not remember your Panel Code, contact our Support Team
6. Press User Management
   
7. Select the desired user
8. Press the Delete Button, then confirm by pressing Ok

Changing a User Code's Access

1. Go to your Panel and press the Home Button
2. Press the Security Button
3. Press the Menu Button
   
4. Press the Toolbox Button
   
5. Enter your current 4-Digit Panel Code. If you do not remember your Panel Code, contact our Support Team
6. Press User Management
   
7. Select the desired user
8. Select one of three options: Always, Never, or By Schedule

Always

By selecting Always this User Code will always be able to disarm the Panel and access the Panel Settings.

Never

By selecting Never this User Code will not be able to disarm the Panel or access the Panel Settings.

By Schedule

By selecting By Schedule an Edit Schedules Button will appear. You will then be able to add a new schedule for when this User Code can disarm the Panel and access the Panel Settings.
