Why Run This Test?

This test ensures all your sensors are properly connected and communicating with the monitoring station, giving you total peace of mind.

How to Run the Test

On your Panel:

  1. Tap the Settings icon (top right of your touchscreen)
  2. Select System
  3. Tap Test System
  4. Tap the Test button next to Complete Sensor Signal Test
  5. Your screen will turn yellow and show:
"Test will end in 10 minutes."
A list of your sensors will appear on the left. On the right, you’ll see the word “Trigger.”
  6. Trigger each sensor:
    1. Walk around your home and open and close all of your doors and windows that have a sensor on them.
    2. If you have additional sensors, such as motion sensors, smoke detectors, key remotes, or flood sensors, you will need to trigger those sensors as you did when you added the sensor to your system.
  7. Once complete, the panel will return to the Test System page, and the Test button will turn green/teal to indicate success.

Run this test after moving or reinstalling any sensors to ensure everything is working perfectly.
